You need only inform the selling real estate agent that our firm will be acting for you on the purchase. The agent will then often notify us the same day as you indicate your interest in proceeding to purchase the property. Our firm will then forward you a written costs disclosure setting out fees and outlays applicable, chase up the vendor's nominated solicitor for a Contract to discuss with you and advise you as to its effect so that you can make a proper decision to proceed or not to commit yourself to this very important deal.

If you are a first home buyer our firm will advise and take steps to ensure necessary forms are lodged to provide you with the grant and stamp duty exemptions. Our firm will correspond with the selling agent, the vendor's solicitor , as well as your lender  from deposit through to exchange of contracts and until settlement of the transaction . At all times we will keep you informed  as well as looking after your interests.
